Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Policy
Ideal Creation Center Co., Ltd. (ic-myhost) is committed to providing world-class service. In the rare event of a dispute, we offer a transparent and efficient resolution framework:
1. Internal Support Resolution
We encourage clients to resolve any issues through our direct support channels first. Our senior engineering team aims to provide a technical or administrative solution within 48 business hours.
2. Formal Escalation
If you remain unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you may formally escalate the matter to our management team via complaints@ic-myhost.com. A dedicated officer will review the case impartially.
3. Mediation & Third-Party ADR
Should an agreement not be reached internally, ic-myhost is open to participating in external mediation through recognized Thai authorities, such as the Department of Business Development (DBD), to achieve a fair settlement without litigation.
4. Governing Law
This ADR policy and all service agreements are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. We strive to resolve all matters through professional dialogue and mutual understanding.
